They are the ones like you and me, with troubles and worries and unfulfilled dreams. Yet they stand taller than most of us. They are FIREMEN !!
They put it all on the line when the whistle blows. A FireMen is both the most fortunate and the least fortunate of people. They save lives because they see so much death. They are gentle because they have seen the awesome power of violence out of control.
They appreciate the simple pleasures of life- hot coffee held in cold numb unbending fingers, a warm bed for bones and muscles compelled beyond feeling,and the comfort of friends and family.
THEY DON'T PREACH THE BROTHERHOOD OF MANKIND................ THEY LIVE IT !!!!!!!!!
